Join Carl Raymond, host of The Gilded Gentleman history podcast for the truly unique event — and the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for someone special! This small group experience, offered only through Bowery Boys Walks, will begin with a “behind-the-scenes” tour of Delmonico’s historic home at 56 Beaver Street led by third-generation partner, Max Tucci.
Following the tour, you will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco in the private Club Room decorated with decades of Delmonico memorabilia.
Sit down with Carl and enjoy brunch with specially selected Delmonico classics including Eggs Benedict and the famed Delmonico burger along with a selection of pastries, and a dessert of the all-time Delmonico classic, Baked Alaska, served at the restaurant since 1867.

Throughout brunch, our group will be joined by Max who will share reminiscences, family history, and stories of growing up as the grandson of the 1920s owner, Oscar Tucci. Max’s recently published book, “The Delmonico Way: Sublime Entertaining and Legendary Recipes from the Restaurant that Made New York” will be available for sale at a discounted price for attendees and Max would be happy to sign any copies.

Note: Brunch will include a glass of Prosecco, a first course of pastries from Delmonico’s kitchens, a choice of either The Original Eggs Benedict (poached eggs, soft pork belly, brioche, hollandaise) or the Delmonico Burger (dry-aged Wagyu, porchetta, Brie remoulade), Delmonico’s Original Baked Alaska (Banana Gelato, Walnut Cake, Apricot Jam), coffee/tea/soft drinks. Guests are free to order any additional alcoholic beverages to be paid individually via cash or credit card and will be subject to additional tax and gratuity.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable menu substitutions will be made if necessary. Guests must advise Bowery Boys Walks in writing of any allergies, dietary restrictions or Kosher requirements at the time of booking. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to any guest under the age of 21. Proof of age may be required.
